Our client are a private equity backed professional services business going through a period of change. The Finance Director is looking for an interim to support him during this busy period.

Responsibilities will include:

· Managed a finance team of 7 people covering financial management and Control, credit control, Billing, Payroll, accounts payable and MI

· Preparing the monthly board pack, including the group multi-currency consolidation, consolidated income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and banking covenants

· Analysing the business processes within the department and initiating improvements to financial controls, quality of service and staff efficiency and effectiveness

· Treasury management

· Preparation of annual accounts and liaising with external auditors with regard to year-end accounts and reports in both the UK & Ireland

· Preparing corporation tax returns and the PAYE

· Managing WIP

You will be a qualified accountant with a recognised UK qualification. The ability to work in an environment that is going through change, be a self-starter and be solution focussed is very important.
