Our client are a private equity backed business that have enjoyed significant growth and change over the last two years. As a result the CFO has identified a number of projects that will need to be carried out to right size the shape and size of the finance department and the delivery of this will be carried out by a dedicated resource.

Duties will include:

· Assisting the finance team in running the year end Statutory Accounts preparation and Audit

· Setting up of group reporting model and putting in place strong controls and processes and integrating into the group businesses.

· Monitoring and reporting cash flow and balance sheet to feed into the annual budgeting process.

You will be a qualified accountant with a strong technical grounding having spent time within an accountancy practice. The ability to pick up projects quickly, work autonomously and seek out information and solutions is essential. It is important that you are comfortable and confident presenting financial information to senior management and external parties.
