We are always looking to grow our candidate network.  When we meet new candidates we are specifically looking for you to be able to demonstrate, not only that you have the skills and experience our clients need, but critically that you do possess the interest and appetite to take on the often higher profile, higher risk roles we recruit.

Candidates will most often have had experience in an SME/growth/backed environment, have had a good degree of autonomy in a role where what they do is really going to matter.

Candidates must be comfortable with the often undefined boundaries of a role (at senior levels these can often include HR, IT, Operations) and will really need to understand from a first hand perspective how cash is the life blood of an SME.
