Interim Finance Director

Salary: c.£800- £1200 day depending on experience

Our client is a privately owned manufacturing business and they are now seeking an Interim FD to support the management team as they move into the advanced stages of an exit process.


  • Overseeing and control of data room and access
  • Liaising with vendor and advisors to ensure swift resolution of queries including vendor diligence information
  • Working effectively with management and stakeholders to maintain momentum in the exit process
  • A strong ability to defend the value of the business


  • Previous experience of managing an exit process, ideally from a PE investor
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • An understanding of manufacturing businesses; comfortable leading on discussions around margins and standard costings
  • Experience of working at pace, with a highly driven management team
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • TS experience advantageous
