Interim FD

Our client is a pioneering, PE backed renewables business with a specific focus on the EV market. Acting as a key support to the CFO, the interim FD will need to be high energy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business.

Role

For an initial period of 3-6 months, the interim FD will be focused on assisting with driving operational improvements across the finance function whilst also supporting with an SAP implementation.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Help drive improvements with systems, controls and processes
  • Develop robust growth plans and forecasts.
  • Assist the CFO with ensuring timely financial reporting
  • Assist with the implementation of a company-wide ERP system.
  • Improve financial and internal control systems across the Company.


To excel you will need:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and at least 10 years PQE.
  • Private Equity/ VC experience
  • Excellent leadership skills, personal integrity, and a team player.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of accounting, corporate legal, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
  • Previous change management experience
  • Previous International scaling company experience.
